Questioning Note Chart
This student sheet allows students to organize the information they find on their researchable questions. By placing the three researchable questions in the top row of the chart, students will be able add information they find below in each column. The general note chart is designed to record information when students are taking notes about a specific source, not notes about a question. Finally, the GIST note chart helps students take notes on a single source when they are using the GIST method of taking notes.
