In our commitment to keep resources current and relevant for all stakeholders, CTAP's Cyber Cafety Resources are being revamped. We've updated a new section called Digital Citizenship and we're redesigning this page to bring you the "Top 10" of the latest free resources for Teachers, Parents, Students, Administratros, and IT Staff. Definition of Digital Citizenship: The International Society for Teaching and Learning in Education (ISTE) defines Digital Citizenship as the norms of behavior with regard to technology use. As a way of understanding the complexity of digital citizenship and the issues of technology use, abuse, and misuse, we have identiefied nine general areas that make up digital citizenship.
