The 2007-08 Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Formula Grant End of Expenditure Report (EOP) is due September 30, 2009. Filing the EOP will allow the CDE to release the final 15% of the grant award.  To access the EOP form:

1. Go to this CDE Web site: ftp://ftp.cde.ca.gov/edtech/eop-07-08/
2. Click on your county.
3. Click on your LEA name.
4. Open the EOP .doc file.
5. Print the EOP.
6. Complete and sign the EOP.
7. Mail signed and completed EOP to:
